Merivaller Shipping & Customer Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Merivaller. We understand that receiving your order on time is important, so this policy explains how our shipping process works, what delivery timelines to expect, and how to contact us if you need help.

1. Order Preparation

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. In most cases, order verification, packaging, and handoff to our shipping partners may take up to 3 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeline & Fees

Standard worldwide delivery generally takes 10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD is typically charged per order unless a promotion or free shipping offer is available at checkout.

3. Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or local delivery disruptions.

We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs and will do our best to assist you with available tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You may track your package through the carrier tracking page or by using 17track.net.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active after the package has been shipped.

5. Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment locations to help speed up delivery.

Each shipment may have its own tracking number, and packages may arrive on different dates.

6. Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to correct your shipping details or change items such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible. Change requests should be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • A clear description of the change you would like to request

We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a delivery notice may be left and your package may be held at a local post office, pickup point, or carrier facility.

Please check with your local delivery provider using your tracking number first.

We cannot be responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package in time.

8. If Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected

  1. Check your tracking: If tracking has updated within the last 7 days, your package is likely still moving through the delivery network.
  2. Contact us: If there have been no tracking updates for more than 7 days, please email support@merivaller.com with your order number and order email.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Packages marked as “Delivered” but reported missing are not covered as lost in transit. Please check with neighbors, household members, your building manager, or the local carrier first.

10. Shipping Origins & Destinations

We ship globally. In rare cases where delivery to your country or region is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders may be shipped from facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, the EU, or directly from trusted manufacturing or fulfillment partners to help maintain product quality and competitive pricing.

11. Important Notices

  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other situations outside our control are not our responsibility.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
  • Delivered Packages: Our responsibility ends once tracking confirms successful delivery. Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation are not covered.
